Sunday Nights - CORE
We first receive Christ as Lord and Savior. Then we become a
disciplined follower of Christ as we study the Word, grow in our prayer
life, worship Him daily, fellowship with believers, and share our faith.
At Thompson Station Church we seek to come alongside the families
in our congregation to help in the discipleship process. Though many
of our studies will be closed group, we will have open classes which
allow students to enter in at any week. Thus we're always making
room for newcomers.
We will offer two different types of tracks:
Worship Arts at 5:00 PM and
Targeted Studies at 6:05 PM on Sunday nights.
Our goal is to have classes that support the discipleship process.
However, we understand that classes are just one element to helping
in discipleship. We will also seek to provide accountability groups to
help quantify where the students are in their spiritual maturity. As
discipleship coaches at TSC, we desire that you get to know each
student and encourage them as they seek to grow in their spiritual life.
When the students at TSC graduate from high school, we hope they
are well on their way to becoming a disciplined follower of Christ.
We will start classes again on January 27.

Undaunted – High School Girls – Terri Stahly
Christine Caine offers life-transforming insights about how not only to overcome the challenges, wrong turns, and often painful circumstances we all experience, but also to actually grow from those experiences and be equipped and empowered to help others. Using her own dramatic life story, Caine shows how God rescued her from a life where she was unnamed, unwanted, and unqualified. She tells how she overcame abuse, abandonment, fears, and other challenges to go on a mission of adventure, fueled by faith and filled with love and courage. Her personal stories inspire readers to hear their name called, just as Christine heard her own---'You are beloved. You are the hope. You are chosen'---to go into a dark and troubled world, knowing each of us possess all it takes to bring hope, create change, and live completely for Christ. Part inspirational tale, part manifesto to stir readers to lives of adventure, Undaunted shows the way with spiritual wisdom and insight.
Why I Believe – High School – Pastor Steve
In "Why I Believe," D. James Kennedy recalls that an atheist radio show host, who had success in debating average theistic callers, gave him the inspiration to write this book. 1Peter 3:15 admonishes the believer to "always be ready to give a defense" for the faith and herein Kennedy takes this as an essential imperative.
Chapters include Why I believe in: The Bible, God, Heaven, Moral Absolutes, Jesus Christ, The Virgin Birth, The Resurrection, Regeneration, The Holy Spirit, and more.
All the topics are handled with care and are communicated for non-scholars as the author builds his proof upon an immense sum of cumulative evidence.
Multiply: Disciples Making Disciples – High School - Pastor Reagan
Jesus gave his followers a command: “Follow me.” And a promise: “And I will equip you to find others to follow me.” We were made to make disciples.
Designed for use in discipleship relationships and other focused settings, Multiply will equip you to carry out Jesus’s ministry. Each of the twenty-four sessions in the book corresponds with an online video at www.multiplymovement.com, where New York Times bestselling author David Platt joins Francis Chan in guiding you through each part of Multiply.
One plus one plus one. Every copy of Multiply is designed to do what Jesus did: make disciples who make disciples who make disciples…. Until the world knows the truth of Jesus Christ.
